Hi Bodo,

Sorry, I seem to have lost this mail in my ever growing list of emails to 
respond to - sorry for taking so long.

It's illegal to have subdirs next to INBOX - the imap daemon in the Kolab 
server will not accept it. You must make the groupware folders be 
subfolders of the INBOX.
