[Kroupware] Apache compile problems

Hi

this looks sort of familiar to me. I compiled apache with --declare
'with_gdbm_ndbm yes' instead of the two separate gdbm and ndbm
declarations and then it worked. The declaration that worked for me was
in an earlier version of the QIM.

BTW, on http://kroupware.kde.org/ there is a link to the "latest QIM",
which is not really the latest version.
