Well it would work if I could send a task or event from Outlook. I haven't 
tried it.

I understand the need to set priorities and obviously this one a "nice to 
have" rather than a requirement. However, I think it is features like this 
(being able to move objects of different types) is one of the most powerful 
and useful features of Outlook. I am by no means a Microsoft fan (see my 
Linux tutorial, link below). However, I must be honest and say that Outlook 
does have some great features.
