[Kroupware] Still problems building apache according to QIM.txt

Hi
I built gdbm using --declare 'with-ndbm yes' as suggested in QIM
1.15.2.16, but then I was only able to build apache with the option
--declare 'with-gdbm-ndbm yes' as pointed out by Dustin Rue in
http://lists.kde.org/?l=kroupware&m=105905337402176&w=2
but not with --declare 'with-gdbm yes' --declare 'with-ndbm yes' as
suggested in QIM 1.15.2.16.
Also, there is still a backslash missing in the apache building section
of QIM 1.15.2.16 on the second line.
Further comment: I have an apache 1.3.27 (port 80) and an apache2 (port
8080) running, and I configured the kolab apache not to listen to port
80 but only to port 443. It works for me so far with the three indians.
Is it politically correct to do so and if so, could there be a hint for
others in this situation?
Many thanks and regards
Hannes
