I had the same errors with the new version.
Apache is not starting because the cert.pem is missing. I solved that by
creating my own key.
$ cd /kolab/etc/kolab
$ sh kolab_sslcert.sh host host.domain.de
But the ldap server messages is also new to me. I never had this before.
