[Kroupware] Install (not build) Kolab script

Hi all,

This is a companion script to buildkolab.sh for people who just want to 
quickly install Kolab from RPMs (without building).

It is based on the initial script by Holger Schröder.

Hope it helps. I have tested it with RC1.
