[Kroupware] "empty" menubar in RC2 client

What i've done was make install to install into default dirs for the 
compilation /usr/local/kde.

from console i've done this:
$ export KDEDIRS=/usr/local/kde
$ /usr/local/kde/bin/kmail

And it worked for me :)
