a mailserver might contain 100 users and 1000 contacts,
all stored in the ldap folder.

only the users have attributes like uid and userpassword,
the other contacts have not. 

a business card (vcard) added to the ldap server does not
create a userpassword field.

thus the concept paper needs corrections.

as for the schema:
i added evolutionperson, officeperson, mailUser (for users only),
and mozilla might need even also need an additional schema,
at least that is what i read.

huh? shouldn't you rather use the officePerson schema for outlook
compatibility? after all thats what it is for.
