You might try this:

  cd kdepim
  ln -s "somewhere"/kde-common/admin admin
  cd ../kdenetwork
  ln -s "somewhere"/kde-common/admin admin

  Please replace "somewhere" by the path leading to your *head* sources,
  since there you surely have the kde-common directory.
