In principle it is possible to write such a thing as Free Software.
The question is: It is a useful thing to do?

windows and IE subversions and its interfaces.=20

Secondly it is only an intermediate step.
If we commit ressources to clone the Bynari-Plugin for the proprietory
Outlook these resources will not be available for writing a Free Software=20
Kolab Client for Windows.
