Hallo,
I tried to install klab-server on Redhat 8.0. I'am sorry to say that I co=
uld=20
not go even a step further. I changed to src dir and made the required=20
symbolic links available and =20
[root@WGD014 src]# ln -s /etc/init.d /sbin/init.d
[root@WGD014 src]# ln -s /bin/gzip compress
[root@WGD014 src]# ln -s /bin/gunzip decompress
[root@WGD014 src]# ./openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.sh --prefix=3D/kolab --user=3D=
kolab=20
--group=3Dkolab 2>&1 | tee > kolab.log
[root@WGD014 src]#
I'm very surprised that nothing happend, not a single error message!
The next installation step returns an error that is logical because the s=
tep=20
above is declined:
[root@WGD014 src]# sh ./openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.ix86-linux2.4-kol.sh -v=20
--prefix=3D/kolab=20
=2E/openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.ix86-linux2.4-kol.sh:=20
=2E/openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.ix86-linux2.4-kol.sh: No such file or directory
What am I doing wrong?
Regards
Mughal
