No (I guess).

It's the "VERSION :2.0" that matters. vCal version 2.0 is called iCalenda=
r.=20
Or in other words "vCalendar 2.0 =3D=3D iCalendar".
So both vCalendar and iCalendar begin with "BEGIN:VCALENDAR".
