[Kroupware] Quick Install Manual Kolab Server 0.3

I don't know why the installation scripts got this one wrong, but with some 
tweaking it worked: apr_ldap.h (which seems to be generated from 
apr_ldap.h.in) missed some include files which in "apr_ldap.hnw" were; I 
added those (except for ldap_ssl.h which OpenLDAP doesn't offer) and now it 
works.

Strange, anyhow :(
