The error message was: 
> ./openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.sh: line 82: 
> openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.tar.Z: No such file or directory

This indicates that openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.tar.Z simply is not where 
it should be, it couldn't get unpacked from that shell archive. This 
is because uudecode isn't installed, not because of the missing 
compress binary.
