It seems as if you don't have a uudecode program installed; thus, 

> ./openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.sh: line 82: 
> openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.tar.Z: No such file or directory

openpkg-1.1.0-1.1.0.src.tar.Z cannot get uudecoded. 

Please try to install uudecode (you don't say which distro you use, 
so one can't say which package the uudecode program belongs to -- for 
a SuSE, the package is called "sharutils") and try again.
