krecipes 2.0 release

The tarball doesn't pass cmake stage here, i get


CMake Error at doc/CMakeLists.txt:1 (add_subdirectory):
  add_subdirectory given source "clear_right.png" which is not an existing
  directory.

and more.

And it's weird since doc/CMakeLists.txt is different from the one in the git 
repo.

Can anyone check?
