kpovmodeler on Fedora Core 4 and possibly previous versions

Interesting, I didn't realize kpovmodeler was integrated into the 
kdegraphics rpm. I wonder why the 1.0 tarball fails. Is the kpovmodeler 
provided in this rpm version 1.0?
