I don't mind.

You can always add that inconsistency to the TODO file:
	- fix canInsert() to accept PMBlendMapModifiers on all objects but
PMPigment

Right now we're not using the TODO or the ChangeLog files. 
They are a good way to comunitate with end users about planed features, and
known bugs.
