New document format

Hi!

I changed the kpovmodeler document format.
The files are now gzip'ed. This reduces the file size greatly.

The program can still open uncompressed files. However: Older versions of 
the program will not be able to open the new files.

To convert your files simply open your old files and save it to the disk
:-)
