KPlato is an application; meaning most headers won't get installed anyway. 
KPlato currently does not install any.
Next to that; they headers are installed in their own directory; see where 
KWord installs KWMailMergeDataSource.h for example; its;
/usr/local/kde/include/kword
on my system.

So IMO headers can be named the same; i.e. Task.h
