[kplato] DTD

at the mailinglist of the other planning project "mrproject" a DTD has been 
introduced.  It is not possible for me to judge the DTD, but hopefully other 
people at this mailinglist can.  Can we use and share this DTD with 
"mrproject", it would be wunderfull if 2 different planning projects can at 
least use the same DTD.  Although we're not ready to use the DTD the 
mrproject guys are about to start using it, they may take our comments on the 
DTD before using it.
