Yes, I know that there isn't an interface, yet.
;)

However, one of the benefits of Usability is that
you design a good interface before development
rather than trying to fix a bad one.

The form of the report seems to be more of a
bug-fix type of listing, rather than a plan of
how to design the interface before development. 

The suggestions I have in the report include:
* Running a user test
  based on: a non-functional interface
    based on: use cases and Usability Principles
      based on: user scenarios

Don't take the report as a critisism of a
non-existent interface, but as a compilation of
usability topics generated from this mailing list
and some suggestions on how to deal with them.
