Upcoming breaking file format changes

I just added a simple check that tests if a "compressed" v11 database is about
to be processed and refuses to do so if this is the case (cf 4a82309f).

For the moment, we're safe. Anybody willing to use the contrib/kpa-* scripts
can do so by simply saving the database in the "readable" format.

There's no hurry. If you feel like it, you can update the scripts and remove
the check again.
