KPhotoAlbum on Windows?

Morning.
An alternative option to building KPhotoAlbum natively for windows is to
use WSL (Windows Subsystem Linux IIRC).
I did that when I was stuck on windows like 3 years back. The only thing
that worked badly for me back then was video playback.
Since then, however, WSL2 came out with much improved performance for
graphics, so that option might work much better today.
