The KPhotoAlbum 3.9.0 and KGeoTag 1.3.0 tarballs lack l10n data

Hi all,

the two release tarballs for KPhotoAlbum 3.9.0 and KGeoTag 1.3.0 that I 
published yesterday lack all l10n data. This happened due to a problem with 
the releaseme script I figured out meanwhile.

Please don't use them for now!

I'm working on it and will write another mail here as soon as the problem is 
solved.
