[KPhotoAlbum] Speeding up annotation

I'm seeing a lot of activity around
AnnotationDialog::Dialog::setUpCategoryListBoxForMultiImageSelection,
if anyone wants to look at it.  It's being called a total of 20 times
(when I selected one group member with a lot of images, opened the
thumbnails, select-all, assigned one member from a different category
to all of the images).  See the attached.
