[KPhotoAlbum] Sensation on 5.4 vs 5.3

I am a newcomer to kphotoalbum, but after having some issues with 5.3 I
just upgraded my version to 5.4. The speed increase on first scan is huge
in my case. I went from 1 photo/second to about 15 photos/second.
So, great work :D
