[KPhotoAlbum] KPhotoAlbum v5.4 upgrade and non-ASCII characters in categories

Just to give this a broader audience, I'd like to direct everyone who…

* is about to upgrade to kphotoalbum v5.4,
* currently uses the uncompressed file format, and
* uses (localized) category names containing non-ASCII characters

…towards bug #403668 [https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=403668].

If all of the above criteria apply to you, please wait for the next release of 
kphotoalbum (or use the current git master), or be prepared to manually fix 
your index.xml file to avoid loss of tagging information!
