[KPhotoAlbum] Keywords with id=0?

Just catching up.

Thought I'd try this, but I don't seem to have categoryIds.xslt anywhere.

Obviously, I have index.xml or nothing would work, but I couldn't find
any file with a .xslt extension anywhere.

All my photos are stored under a directory called kpa on a USB drive and
my index is there, but there is no directory named index either.
Probably, you are just using that as a generic location, but if you're
being at all literal ...

Is my KPA install broken/missing things?
