[KPhotoAlbum] Keywords with id=0?

Just in case some people want to check their database for duplicates, here's a
quick and dirty script to do it:
xsltproc categoryIds.xslt index/latest-index.xml | sort | uniq -c |\
grep -v '^ *1 '
