[KPhotoAlbum] Compiling with KGeoMap support

​I forgot to mention that it is KPA v. 4.7.2 I am building.

I should maybe try v. 5 instead ... but I have not time for that right now.

I have:
- KDE Plasma v. 5.8.4
- KDE Framework v. 5.28.0
- Qt v. 5.7.1
