[KPhotoAlbum] Web page link error

On my machine (Gentoo), the requested file belongs to the package 
kde-frameworks/extra-cmake-modules-5.26.0. I have no idea what this package 
is called anywhere else though ;-)

What do you mean by

Is that extra-cmake-modules package installed?
