[KPhotoAlbum] Multi-image annotation dialog annoyance

I'm kind of between a rock and a hard place here: the flickering seems to be a 
major issue in some annotation dialog layouts. This affects some people all of 
the time. The resizing jumpiness affects more people, but only some of the 
time (i.e. only when the dialog is resized).

I've not yet found the root cause of the jumpiness, but the dockwidgets may 
play some part: when I closed all dockwidgets except the preview, smoothness 
increased.

I agree, this is annoying...
