[KPhotoAlbum] More patches

Here are the rest of my patches (hopefully clearing out my queue).

* link-images: provide symlink entries in the context menu, analogous
  to the copy entries.

* aspect-ratio: display the image's aspect ratio in the ctrl-i image
  overlay

* ignore-empty-input: ignore empty input when handling key presses in
  the viewer widget (possibly adding empty tags that are difficult or
  impossible to get rid of).

* uppercase-tokens: typing a token with the shift key (upper case) in
  the thumbnail view applies or removes the token from all images in
  stacks.

* lens7: current state of my lens EXIF patch, including a lot of
  virtual function cleanup.
