[KPhotoAlbum] Page-Up and Page-Down in the description widget of the annotation dialog

Tobias,

The missing pgdn and pgup has also annoyed me for ever, and I agree with your 
analysis that the missing pgup/pgdn in the text edit itself will annoy very 
few people (if any at all, and it should be obvious fast what is going on). So 
I've pulled the change.
