I'm afraid that KPA can't really automate the tagging process. The closest
thing to this would be the Geotagging KIPI plugin, which can automatically add
place tags depending on the GPS info in the exif data.

I'm skeptical that imgseek would give you really usable results. I'm yet to
see a similarity-based image-search product that gets you accurate results for
images that are not just a (cropped/rotated) copy of the reference images.

Adding some kinds of automated tagging (for faces) has been a feature request
for a long time [1]. So far, nobody has tried to implement this.
