[KPhotoAlbum] KPA bugs in Ubuntu

from #kphotoalbum irc channel:

11:10 < theBro> rhkfin: ubuntu bug 391302 appears to work on
                current version of Ubuntu and KPA
11:15 < theBro> rhkfin: the other bug appears also to be historical
                and works on current version of KPA


so I closed also those two. All KPA-related Ubuntu bugs are now closed.
