[KPhotoAlbum] Wrong scaling of thumbnails in "IconView with Custom Icons"

Hi all!

When setting the thumbnail ratio to anything other than 4/3 the
"IconView with Custom Icons" does not properly scale the icon
thumbnails. Attached is a patch that corrects this issue.

I also prepared a picture that contains (along some other visual
changes, nevermind) a screenshot to show the old buggy and new version
to clarify my intent. The bug is especially noticible in the pictures
in column 2, row 1 and 3.
