Hi,

is this problem kde/qt version dependend?
I can't reproduce it.
What I do is the following:
1.) start kphotoalbum
2.) show previews
3.) press ctrl-t -> this shows tool tip of current picture
4.) mouve mouse to any picture -> after 200ms delay I get the new tool tip
5.) press ctrl-t again -> tool tip is gone as it should do, so no problem 
here...
Did I get the problem correctly?
I'm using latest (2010-09-08) kphotoalbum from svn.
qt: 4.6.3
kde: 4.4.4
system: openSuse 11.3
