[KPhotoAlbum] Thumnail view resizing

I spent all of my day trying to make the thumbnail view faster after the 
thumbnails was resized. I tried with a secondary cache with thumbnails in 
256x256, but it just made the whole thing slower.

First, this usecase is somewhat untypical
Second, If you rescale, and it becomes to slow, then press escape to stop the 
background rescalling.
