[KPhotoAlbum] Compatibility with KDE 4.5

Hi Jim, it seems that the KDE project deprecated a certain DTD which
checks the validity of a Docbook file which we use for documentation,
and therefore the package won't build on KDE 4.5 for the moment. There's
a bugreport with a patch attached, but please be sure to complain to
your vendor that they didn't bother to file a bug for us before they
dropped their package. That's now what I call "collaboration" :(.
