[KPhotoAlbum] Patch for proper "Open With..."

Hi all!

There was a bug in the "Open With..." context menu item for ages that vexed
me like crazy, the RunDialog would use the same %all files that where first
used for all subsequent "Open With..." actions.

I hunted it down, the RunDialog was statically defined and every time only
the show function for the first created RunDialog was called.
