[KPhotoAlbum] KPA developers: please subscribe to the commits ML

Dear KPA developers and interested users,
I'd like all of you to consider subscribing to the mailing list which
distributes all the KPA-related commits. Among many advantages in doing
so, there is the increased likelihood that you will read and comment on
changes made by others or that if an automated check (there aren't many
of those, but some are already present) finds an issue in your commit,
you'll have the ability to fix it.

My setup uses the http://commitfilter.kde.org/ project. Filters that I
use are:

 branches/extragear/kde3/graphics/kphotoalbum/
 branches/kphotoalbum
 tags/kphotoalbum
 trunk/extragear/graphics/kphotoalbum
 trunk/www/sites/kphotoalbum
