[KPhotoAlbum] New features committed to the SVN repository

I've finely found some free time and I committed a number of new
features SVN repository in the last few hours (of stuff I've been
working on for the past year).  The new features are listed here:

Section:  Patches now in the KPhotoAlbum code base 

I've had to do some complex merges in get to get the patches in order,
but I'm 99% confident that everything is just fine!  But if you find any
problems, please let me know...
