[KPhotoAlbum] Patch to not try to resize RAW files when exporting

The exporter can't resize RAW files when exporting, and shouldn't try.

A related issue: the exporter should copy the EXIF data to the
exported files when resizing.  It looks like this will be rather
complicated to implement, but perhaps someone knows a trick for it.
