[KPhotoAlbum] Patch for loading only one version of a file into the DB.

Hi Andi!

No worries. It also makes sense as it is. Since the versions haven't 
directly been tagged by the user they are in that sense untagged. I 
wanted rather to start a discussion to what others think makes sense. 
Now that I think of it, the current behaviour is probably the best since 
I can easily find recently added images by looking for untagged images.
