[KPhotoAlbum] Information about brances

OK, I finally found how to solve the translation problem, that have made me 
use trunk for stable stuff and a branch for development (which is basically 
the wrong way around :-)

So the branch information is now this:
KPhotoAlbum 4.1.x will be created from $KDESVN/branches/stable/extragear-
kde4/graphics/kphotoalbum, so changes there should only be bugfixes.

KPhotoAlbum 4.2 will come from trunk, which is: 
https://svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/graphics/kphotoalbum, so there 
should any new development go.
