[KPhotoAlbum] new snapshot

Hi, 

That is probably because I have https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-experimental/+archive/ppa in my PPA set as dependency. 

Quick solution for you is to add this PPA to your /etc/apt/sources.list, however you will probably get some more experimental KDE packages this way. 

I will try to recompile the packages without this PPA so that it can be installed without this.
