[KPhotoAlbum] Followup: Recalc checksum when plugin modifies image

I filed a bug [1] about a year ago noting that when a plugin modifies an image 
(say, "rotate clockwise"), the thumbnail is updated but the checksum is not. 
This leads to problems down the road, of course.

Now, I don't know anything about the plugin architecture, but it seems that a 
checksum should be recalculated whenever the thumbnail is updated, yes? So 
perhaps whatever handles thumbnail updates could make a call to redo the MD5.

Does this sound appropriate?

P.S. To quash any potential confusion, this is not a "please give me feedback
