[KPhotoAlbum] Patch: option to choose the thumnails format and how the existing keywords match in the edit window

was to be add a profiling mode in the cmakefile, but no more needed as
you have fixed the performance probleme that i was having on my not so
powerfull netbook ;-)

will work on other points this WE.
